Post of the New Year

First post of 2012! It's the year of the apocalypse! Time to actually get things done.

Last night also marked the end of a search that involved passing through 5 bars to get to it: the search for the coveted Grasshopper cocktail that had impressed me in the manga "Bartender." Sadly, it tasted like minty medicinal toothpaste so my expectations were quite let down, but I tried it and stubbornly finished it, so I was properly drunk for New Year's Eve, just like a lot of people.

So to end 2011:

- My family and I went out to the Elephant bar where we supped on awesome food and drinks.
- Finished Dragon Age 2 the second time.
- Last book of 2011 I've read is Plato's "The Sophist," which now carries over into 2012 as my first book to work on.
- Last fanfiction section read is from Owlmoose's master list selection. Particularly from the Final Fantasy XII and X-2 sections.
- Last person to talk to: Dad

And now for resolutions:

-obtain driver's license.
-Transfer into 4-year college. Realistically, might as well go for Cal State San Francisco, Cal State San Jose, Northridge, Long Beach, and San Diego. The order is listed in where I most want to go.
- Write out a fully chaptered fanfiction of some sort. Drabbles not accounted.
