I just spent a whole hour and more just manually getting all my transferred files to "work" by having it "shared" by everyone so that I can open it like a normal file....
when I found out that everything would've happened in two seconds if I went to "change pc settings" -> "HomeGroup" -> CLICK SHARE ON EVERYTHING.
THANK YOU USELESS SEARCH ENGINE WHEN I TRIED TO LOOK FOR TROUBLESHOOTING.
Ugggghhhhh at least I can watch my mkv files and look at my downloaded ebooks again....
