I was surprised myself, seeing as I was used to having hard grades given out; like no matter what, a paper in the 89 range would land a B and no A-. But I guess the plus and minus grading is done to be more forgiving to students, so that coasting on an A- would land more people in grad school or something.

Still awaiting my other two grades, though I believe that i did well enough that I can at least expect B's, if not one A from it.
