Nothing feels more reassuring (somewhat college-wise) than to have by the third lecture day for all the douchebags to kinda drop out of the philosophy classes and for discussion to really roll in with the Zeno Paradoxes and Aristotelian Logical Forms.
Probably not as much as getting your financial aid active... but it feels nice all the same.
Also, that if someone needed a textbook, don't pick it up at the local police department where the previous night at a park they found some student "enhancing" his studying experience, who had upon seeing the police car dropped his logic book and syllabus for the police officers to find.
And to call the aforementioned logic teacher at midnight, whom upon remarking the silly image of fleeing the scene for imbibing in mellow study sessions in the "gloriously sober" Santa Cruz (huh huh), proceeded to make surfing plans with the police officer on the phone.
Also, I did minimal reading, so any update on my promised assignment finishing would be later tonight.
